Solve was started with the simple desire to even the playing field for small organizations without big budgets for finance hires. Amber & Taran started this business in 2019, with 2 small clients and a big dream. Today, our team spans the continental US and supports clients from coast to coast.

Passions: escape rooms, travel, food.

Taran - Principal
Experience: analytics work in non-profits, entertainment, utilities, construction & healthcare. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona.
Passions: burritos, mario-kart, his kids
Superpower: microsoft excel
Jami - Accounting Supervisor
Experience: Accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, church/nonprofit administration, financial organization, problem-solving, and managing lots of moving pieces.
Passions: Family- being a GRANDMA, helping people, making things easier and more organized, finding the best solutions, travel/sporting events, and learning how things work.
Superpower: Figuring things out. I’m persistent, keep asking questions until I understand the problem and find a better solution.
Bek - Operations Manager
Experience: 5+ years of project management and operations, worked on QuickBooks online and Sage Intacct with over 50 clients across implementation and end user accounting support.
Passions: Reading, Baking, Hosting and Hiking.
Superpower: Choosing the best color for each category when setting up an organizational system.

Experience: Pursuing a Bachelor's in Economics and Accounting, Excel, financial analysis, bookkeeping, and client relations.
Passions: Soccer, football, travel, friends, and family.
